Target Markets: Southern California
Debt: Prefer properties deliverable free and clear of debt. However, we will assume existing financing in a high-leverage scenario.
Transaction Structure: No Loan Contingency, 15 day due diligence, 60 day close thereafter. Will modify on a per-case basis.
Broker Compensation: Brokers will be compensated on certain unlisted opportunities.
